The 1915 Camberwell council election was held in August 1915. One seat in each of the three wards was up for election. Only one election was contested; the seat in South Ward, with the incumbent councillor, Edward Dillon, losing his position.[1]

Campaign
Edward Dillon, the retiring councillor for South Ward, was defending his support of a controversial by-law to control wandering livestock. Arthur Willison opposed him at the 1915 election and defeated Dillon by 33 votes.[1] This was no small achievement, Dillon having served for the longest period of time of any councillor in Camberwell's or Boroondara's history.[2]
