Merged with Boroondara North Primary School (which became a housing estate). Boroondara Park was originally scheduled to move to the Boroondara North site, but in the process of demolishing the old school the Department of Education realised that there was a condition on the land title - it was bequeathed to the Government by the Philpott family with the requirement that it only be used for education purposes.(check citation).
