Thomas Cope was a member of the Boroondara District Roads Board from 1865 to 1867.[1]

Politics

After applying for a leave of absence for six months in February 1867, the Board rejected this request and granted leave for only two months.[2] After missing meetings, he did not stand for election at the 1867 elections.[3]
