Keith Walter

Keith Walter AM was the inaugural councillor for Solway Ward from 1996 to 2004 on Boroondara City Council. He also served as mayor in 1997/1998 and as a councillor at the City of Camberwell for Centre Ward from 1992 to 1993.[3][4][5]
